    Safety operation specification for NC edge milling machine

    CNC edge milling machine is a kind of special groove and edge milling equipment, which is controlled by using special automatic program, the operator inputs groove data parameters, and can be started with one key by pushing the steel plate. The main shaft of the equipment can automatically rotate the angle, accurately locate and cut the groove at high speed according to the set size of each shaft; The equipment is generally equipped with single and double spindles, which can carry out groove operation alone or up and down at the same time; A variety of groove types can be selected. The high-end CNC edge milling machine also has the function of automatically positioning the position of the presser foot, reducing the cutting vibration. The operation of the equipment is safe, efficient and precise, and can greatly reduce the working intensity of the operators. The safety operation procedures are as follows:

    1、 Before operation, operators shall wear labor protection shoes, protective gloves and glasses to prevent hands from being scalded and splashes from damaging eyes and reduce the risk of foot injury;

    2、 After startup, check whether all parts are abnormal, check the tool wear, check that the hydraulic system works normally, blow air with an air gun to clean the table, and check that the sliding position of the table support plate is free of residual iron filings and sundries;

    3、 Turn the automatic / manual gear button to the manual function and press the zero point button. At this time, each axis of the machine will automatically return to zero. The return to zero is completed, and the operation interface will display "return to zero completed";

    4、 According to the requirements of the processing drawing, select the material and groove type on the equipment touch screen, enter the groove type processing interface, input the groove data parameters, and click the beam and table in place button. After the button displays green, the steel plate can be placed for groove milling; If it is an economical model, manually move the beam and table according to the displayed c value of the uphill and downhill opening after entering the parameter data; If the cross beam table top fails to move according to the actual groove parameters, there is a risk of machine collision and table top being cut by mistake;

    5、 Push the steel plate close to the rear positioning baffle. At this time, pay attention to observe whether the center of the last presser foot deviates from the edge of the steel plate. If it is processed by a plate with a thickness of more than 40, a small plate with the same thickness shall be padded on the steel plate to keep the force of the presser foot balanced;

    6、 Press the start key of machining operation, and the NC edge milling machine starts to enter the automatic edge milling groove machining process; At this time, the operator can judge the cutting performance of the tool by observing the current display meter or listening to the cutting sound of the spindle. If the current increases or the sound intensifies, it can be slightly adjusted by adjusting the magnification switch of the feed speed until the current or sound is normal;

    7、 In case of emergency failure or abnormal conditions during groove operation, press the red emergency stop switch directly; After troubleshooting or abnormal conditions, the system needs to return to zero again;

    8、 During operation, it is necessary to regularly check the iron filings on the bottom plate of the rear protective cover and each guide rail. In case of accumulation, it is necessary to clean them in time and start the spiral chip conveyor;

    9、 Regularly observe the lubricating oil output of all guide rails. If it is found that the guide rails are dry without lubrication, it shall be inspected and reported for repair in time; Regularly lubricate, fill and maintain the position specified in the operation and maintenance manual;

    10、 After work, turn off the power supply, clean all iron filings in the work area, clean and wipe the worktable, ensure that the sliding part of the table support plate is clean and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil;
